Thrills the Heart

What thrills the heart more than knowing those we love are happy? Lord I thank you for giving us the ability to know what it is to be happy. No matter our circumstances, or where we are, you are always there with us and bring us great joy. In our joy we are able to find happiness if we allow ourselves. As we remember those who have been an important part of our lives yet are no longer with us, we can remember some wonderful times with them and soon it will bring a smile to our face and even make us happy. Thank you Lord for reminding me of the great times. You truly are an AWESOME GOD.

Answers to prayer

ANSWERS TO PRAYER

When God shows up and answers our prayers are we surprised and if so, why? We were praying for any answer. This past week God showed up and answered our prayers in a sweet, simple kind of way. I know that the God who created the universe cares about the things that we care and are concerned about too. How cool that we can go to him in prayer and trust him for the right and best answer for us in His perfect time. Thanks God for all you do for us.

God is so good.....

My God is so good....I have learned something this week and seen answered prayers. The best lesson I learned this week is that the one thing I can do for my children is PRAY. No matter where they are or what they are going through, I truly believe there is nothing greater than the power of a mother's heart. When I become anxious for my children I stop what I am doing and lift my eyes to the LORD and PRAY. It brings me comfort and a peace that passes understanding.

GOD even showed me while crying out to Him in PRAYER, that he heard me. I received a text with a concern attached and immediately began praying, a few minutes later received a text that things seemed much better and even later received another text that things were better than they thought. Way to go JESUS.

Thanks LORD for hearing my heart, answering my prayers, and comforting me in the midst of my pain. I truly know that you care and love me. Thanks also for loving my kids more. I know I can trust them into your hands and you will care for them.

When I am weak and fearful, I turn to you...you promise to never leave me or forsake me and when I am weak and fearful you promise to help me be strong and courageous.

Mothers Day (memories to last a lifetime)

A wonderful reminder of things hoped for, dreams reached, closed chapters and new beginnings. As we start a new chapter in our life, my question is Lord what am I suppose to learn....I have been reminded all day of how blessed I am. God has been telling me to trust Him with those I love. I am to trust with my whole heart and lean not on my own understanding. Thanks Lord for loving me so much and giving me the life you have, I truly am a blessed MOM.
